We deliver live, interactive, instructor-led, hands-on training via the web. We always include labs and exercises to offer reinforcement and practice for all participants. Most training sessions are limited to 3 hours at a time to enhance retention rates and allow employees to remain productive at the office every day. The number of sessions required to complete a given course varies depending on the curriculum to be covered. Each student is provided a headset prior to their first training session with RealTime. Every session is recorded for student playback.
